Constella Group Named One of North Carolina's Most Family-Friendly Companies Six Years Running

DURHAM, N.C., Sept. 8, 2006—Constella Group, a leading global provider of professional health services, announced today that, for the sixth consecutive year, Carolina Parenting, Inc. has named Constella one of North Carolina’s 40 most family-friendly companies.

Carolina Parenting — publisher of Carolina Parent, Piedmont Parent, and Charlotte Parent —sponsors the annual Top 40 N.C. Family-Friendly list to honor companies that offer flexible benefits and policies to help employees balance the demands of work and home.

To be considered for the list, nominated companies must have at least one office in North Carolina, and submit the following materials:

• a listing of their family-related policies/benefits
• the number of employees utilizing each benefit
• five confidential surveys completed by employees
  (Carolina Parenting provides the survey)
• at least one written employee testimonial

An independent committee from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte judged the nominations. The group chose Constella based on employee feedback and the variety of family-friendly benefits it offers, including flextime, part-time options, teleworking, tuition reimbursement, a college savings plan, an employee-assistance program, and more.

Constella is highlighted in the Sept. issues of Carolina Parenting’s publications along with the 39 other winners.
