James Scheuer Joins Constella Group, LLC,
as Chief Financial Officer
DURHAM, N.C., Sept. 14, 2005Constella Group, LLC, a leading global provider of professional health services, today announced that Jim Scheuer, C.P.A., has joined the company as chief financial officer.
In this newly created role, Scheuer will manage relationships with all of Constella's financial partners. He will serve as the corporate secretary, work with Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Donald A. Holzworth to manage board and investor relations, oversee treasury functions and play a critical role in the company's merger and acquisition activities.

Most recently Scheuer held the position of chief financial officer at Ultimius, Inc., in Cary, N.C., an international software company. In this position, Scheuer oversaw internal financial reporting and accounting, financial analysis, facilities, outside legal activities, risk management and human relations. His accomplishments included installing new online worldwide financial and reporting systems.
Scheuer's experience includes managing acquisitions, banking and investor relationships, and strategic planning. Prior to joining Ultimius, Scheuer spent six years at SciQuest, Inc., a software and solutions company in Research Triangle Park, N.C., In this role, he oversaw all of the company's financial and reporting systems and orchestrated the raising of $37.5 million in venture capital funding. He led the company to a successful $138 million initial public offering in Nov. 1999. He played a key role in negotiating and integrating eight strategic acquisitions.
Scheuer has also held the position of chief financial officer with Boise Marketing Services and Hickory Farms, Inc., and served as partner with Deloitte Haskins and Sells. He holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin at Oshkosh and is a Certified Public Accountant.
