This announcement follows two critical ventures that the company announced earlier this year. In Jan., Constella acquired The Futures Group International (Futures Group), a global leader in providing public health and social programs for developing countries. Constella now employs 1,100 staff dedicated to improving the health and safety of people across the globe. Coinciding with this acquisition, Constella secured $61 million in equity and debt capital-the company's first-ever institutional equity financing.
