Holzworth Selected as Entrepreneur of the Year®
Finalist Fourth Time Running
DURHAM, N.C., May 23, 2003—For the fourth time, Donald A. Holzworth, CEO of Constella Group, Inc., has been selected from several hundred nominations as a finalist in the Carolinas' 2003 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year® awards.
Holzworth was one of nine finalists selected from the Triangle area and one of 24 overall finalists selected this year. He and other finalists from North Carolina and South Carolina will be honored Thursday, June 26 at an awards banquet at the Westin Charlotte. Awards will be presented in eight categories: information technology, business services, hospitality/real estate/construction, health services, biotech/life sciences, networking and communications, retail and consumer products, and consumer services.
"I am honored to be chosen again as a finalist," said Holzworth, who was also a finalist in 1999, 2001 and 2002. "We are making great strides in continuing to gain recognition for the outstanding efforts of our people in building a great organization and in having an expanding impact on global human health. This award validates the work we are doing both inside and outside our great company."
To be nominated for this award, an individual must be an owner/manager of a private or public company who is primarily responsible for the recent performance of the company (or organization) and an active member of top management. An independent panel of judges, representing industries throughout the Carolinas, selected finalists for this year's award.

The Entrepreneur Of The Year Award program was created in 1996 and is produced by the professional services firm Ernst & Young.
