Evidence-based decision-making is essential to achieve positive health outcomes. To this end, Constella Futures supports, informs and facilitates international policy and program decision-making through a wide variety of research and evaluation methodologies. We are recognized for using research and evaluation for advocacy and planning, effective program management, and assessing the impact of public health programs and development assistance more broadly.

It is not enough that research and evaluation be rigorously designed and conducted: the findings must be understood and used throughout the entire chain of command, from health care providers to high-level policy makers who set health sector goals, allocate resources and mobilize political and popular support for health issues.
