Private Sector Program IQC

IQC No. GPO-I-00-04-00015-00

The Private Sector Program is an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) awarded by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) Bureau for Global Health. It allows easy access to technical assistance and support for activities involving the private sector in health.

Constella Futures can help foster enabling environments and create incentives for the private sector to operate and thrive. We seek to stimulate growth in share and value of the private sector and commercial markets. As the private sector expands its market share, more donor and public sector resources can be freed to reach those in need.

As a task order contractor, Constella Futures will transfer and apply global experience and lessons combined with the maximum use of local expertise, private sector partners, and resources — a major step toward enhancing country capacity and program sustainability.

Constella Futures has a solid track record managing large, complex projects with significant overseas activities, such as the POLICY Project I and II, and the Social Marketing for Change projects (SOMARC I, II, and III). Our experience on these global projects, combined with current efforts on other USAID IQCs, demonstrates our ability to effectively respond to, manage, and implement multiple task orders simultaneously.

Constella Futures and its PSP team partners are ready to assist worldwide in numerous areas, including:

  • development of provider networks and franchising
  • social marketing
  • private sector finance and management
  • commercial and private sector alliances
  • creation of enabling policy environments for private sector expansion
  • provider training
  • quality assurance mechanisms
  • public relations and media advocacy campaigns
  • behavior change communication programs
  • monitoring and evaluation

Constella Futures PSP Team partners bring recognized capacity and specialized expertise:

Our team also includes 11 collaborating institutions that we will draw on as appropriate to meet the needs of a particular task order.
