GSA MOBIS

Management, Organizational and Business Improvement Services (MOBIS) is a Federal Supply Schedule offered to federal agencies and other qualifying organizations by the General Services Administration to provide them with a streamlined mechanism to procure management consulting, facilitation, and survey and training services. Constella Futures has an approved price list specifically for consulting, facilitation, and survey services under MOBIS. This is a very flexible mechanism that may be used for the wide variety of assistance that Constella Futures can provide, both U.S.-based and internationally.

IQCs

Indefinite Quantity Contracts allow easy access to the services of technically and financially pre-qualified U.S. firms. Constella Futures has several IQCs available for USAID/Washington and its missions to draw on, and is also a pre-qualified subcontractor under two CDC IQCs.
