Operations
As Vice President of Operations, Richard Shea coordinates
all international operational activities, including overseeing
strategic planning and implementing and managing change
consistently within the product development
business unit. Shea has an integral role in integrating
Lineberry Research Associates (LRA) into Constella. .
Shea joined Constella with 15 years of broad operational
experience with pharmaceutical companies and contract research
organizations. His most recent position was as Chief Financial
Officer for the U.S.-based CRO, PharmaLinkFHI, based in
Research Triangle Park, N.C. He holds a master’s of
business administration from Duke University’s Fuqua
School of Business and a bachelor of science from the University
of Notre Dame.
