Donna Dawson

Business Operations
As Vice President of Business Operations, Donna Dawson provides operational
leadership and management to Constella's Health Sciences business unit. Specifically,
she provides strategic and operational oversight of the unit's financials and
contracts in both government and commercial contracting environments.
Prior to joining Constella, Dawson served as Director of Advanced BioScience
Laboratories, Inc., where she developed business alliances and partnerships;
directed activities to support various government and commercial contracts,
grants, and subcontracts; and led the implementation of strategic contracting
opportunities. A member of the executive staff, she was responsible for the
management of the company and for developing solutions for business activities.
Dawson also served as Vice President and Director of DynPort Vaccine Company
LLC. In this role, she led the company activities to support government contracts
and grants for vaccine development and licensure to protect military personnel
and civilians against potential bioterrorism agents. Dawson also participated
in business partnerships, utilizing appropriate acquisition processes or mechanisms
such as contacts, grants and teaming agreements. Dawson also spent five years
at Science Applications International Corporation where she d irected all prime
contracting and subcontracting requirements for a federally funded research
and development center.
Dawson holds a Master's in Business Administration and Bachelor's of Science.
She is a member of the National Contract Management Association and is a Certified
Project Manager by the Project Management Institute. |
